Lunch at a Brahmin-run vegetarian restaurant where you can sample ten or more curries thali-style. Then it's on to the narrow streets of Chalai Market where you can walk around the vegetable stalls and pick up some knick-knacks but most of all, feel the hustle and bustle that is the real India. Dinner in the quiet serenity of a rooftop restaurant.
